Integration was the death knell to Black prosperity. Some of us could not wait to spent our money in non-Black establishment. Many Black businesses went out of business, due to Black people who did not like the fact that there were Black business owners becoming wealth from Black peoples money. Some of us just wanted to flaunt our money in white establishment, just to show off that they were just as good as the white man. Not understanding, that they were enriching the white communities at the expense impoverishing their own.

I would like to know the number of black people employed by black owned businesses. According to Forbes and the Brookings Institute Blacks comprise 14.2% of the U.S. population, but only own 2.3% of all employer firms. Thank you for this well done video. 👏🏽✊🏽✨
