Stop losses get a lot of attention in trading and many don’t respect it. You can hear different opinions floating around everywhere.
For new traders there can be challenges with them but understanding your reaction towards them can have a big impact on how you view the market.
Let’s go over the details and what I’ve encountered working with traders who don’t use them.
Don’t forget to like, save and share with anyone it may help.
Also let me know your views on stop losses and if you use them.
Cheers!

@seankim8123
so poor
@PapaThanos96
Stop loss after breakeven is important, do it in a higher timeline. It's better than trusting your guts. It's all about risk management.
~From someone who learned it the hard way. 😪
@razen4758
you are an idiot
@joannahuc1318
In the beginning, conservative sizing and stop losses are essential. With experience, you become more selective with your setups and no need for stop loss. If it is not acting right within a day or two, just close it. When in doubt, get out.
@bubbasmith4698
What's wrong with this guy😂
@wotiluv
This is bad take stop it.
@NatureandSpirit111
You can’t really do that in a High volatility trade with credit spreads tho. You’ll get stopped out quickly. Better to roll
@RedMambaYard
😂😂😂
@MrDave1963
This is awful advice. Use a stop loss. If you don't, your strategy is hope and hope is not a strategy.
@michaelwellner8151
Keyword thinking and probabilities thank you
@DelmotVantage
i mostly trade mag 6 (no tsla) my main strategy is scalp .when going long on beautifull name i barely use stop .only when i short i have to cause it is too risky
on break out yes stop losses are very important , you just need to be willing to miss the trade and set the proper stop
@MrOMar1144
I've seen traders use stop losses and make millions. I've seen traders who don't use stop losses and make millions. Moral of the story? Do what works for you. You're welcome!
@TradingPsychologyHouse
All strategies will fail nothing work so stop loss is necessary
@vladimirmaftei
He is just a higg4.
@Jillian.1John3.9-10
There's usually a massive gap every morning, so couldn't I place a Long and a Short at the closing candles every night (and not use a SL. that could quickly backfire) Then one will quickly take profit the next morning, but then the other hid still has a chance to eventually take profit within the next few hours, days.
@checkmate299
Don't use stop loss,get liquidated instead…
@arturrakoczy1516
Not even one system works long term. You are lucky until doom day! Unless you are inside trider…

@rockymartin4966

@WorldofElsuon
I do not use Stop Losses. If I do, it is very rare. I am not advocating for or against, but only what works for me. About 20% of the time, I will buy a stock at $4 and hold it. It goes up to $5 then promptly sells off down to $2. I will hold it and it will climb back up to $8 (or more) over the course of an hour or more (sometimes four hours!). I can't tell you how I know—I just do. And yes, about 1 in every 10 positions just sells off and I have a manageable loss. For this reason, I rarely use Stop Losses.
@FireWaterDesire
Don't listen to this guy. Get a varying percentage, and get out. Bears run, bulls run, but pigs get slaughtered.
@hopeinhim.3762
Thank you for the content my brother. But please back up a little bit. 🤦🏽
@yahalomyeshurun
If you have a cash account don’t use stop loss you’ll have to wait until the next trading day to jump back in unless you have more money
@filipejesus5525
hahahahahha
@HostageWithAGun
Irresponsible advice. Most traders don't know what the hell they're doing, and stay in a bad trade.
@cerronejames1510

Just set alerts on your indicators whenever prices are reversing
@nonamebrojones5545
This is great… until it doesn't work and you nuke your account lolz
@jimveybe7689
Trading without a stop = asking to get surprised. No thanks.
@PulseWItJam
Never stop using SL Nd TP,news can spike the price ,what you Gon do BT that
@jpp7728
If you know price Is going in direction you want it .. then use a trailing stop loss. If price is very volatile and no clear direction up or down and still want to trade use buy stop and sell stop at different prices for the entry . Disclaimer: not financial advice just the way I do it😅
@emuohwobete4547
You're absolutely right! If the stock hit your stop loss then it's not a good entry
@popowere
Reward ratio with winrate is what wins.
But win ratio decreases when reward ratio increase
@tsurvivor
just one bad news can destroy your career as a trader..
I make sure I start my day, I know how much i can lose in a trade and a day.
Dont use stop loss, it's like driving a car without a brake, you dont know when the car will crash… use stop loss
