This happen because big fat top mgmt ceo (country elites n politicians) , peole have lest trust..not willing to work no inovations. So co taking outsiders therefore loyalty become less important. Stauts quo is maintain new outsiders stall and company collapse. When leaders are corrupted, no integrity no professionalism…this will eventually happen

I don’t see how economic collapse happens because people are less invested in the system and unwilling to work? People will always want to work, otherwise how are they going to survive.
I can’t follow your logic of immigrants replacing native workers and therefore there will be a backlash and perhaps a civil war. Historically, immigrants complemented the demand of the labor market for highly skilled professionals and low-skilled labourers. This recently caused anti-immigrant sentiments, but I don’t see a civil war because of that.
So, your logic is far removed from the real problems that could end in a civil war—a government that’s going broke, therefore economic hardships ahead; a polarized government and society; and incompetent leaders who are at a loss on how to unite the country and fix the debt situation and the general economy.

If you read “A People’s History of the USA”, then you will immediately notice that what the professor is describing is a cyclical period. The trigger for the cycles is what has changed historically. You can even trace these cycles back to Europe.
