If you use reits raw as they are then they are stupid. You need themed Reits that actually help to support other projects that are the main drivers. Stuff like Reits should be mostly for paying fees in other systems. Lets say DeFi its just simply the easiest example. If you have a reit that pays your lets say layer 2 transactions thats a nice win
