    A Fundrise review: I invested with them for 7 years and I did make some money BUT, you should only choose them if you’re planning to keep your money with them for at least that long. I made the same amount of money by investing in the S&P500 (dividend stocks VOO) and the beauty of it is that if I want to withdraw anytime I can.

    What do you mean when you say you can cut costs on management by making it more efficient? How does efficiency reduce the management costs? Can you provide an example?

    I have an old country store, used in 5 major motion pictures. Its a super cool old building from the Civil War. I want to sell it in 2025 and Im willing to carry a loan at 5.5 percent with 50% down.
    Is it a good time to sell?
    And yes Im in a great location on an acre of land, in country (historic) town.

    shouldnt your value add example included the costs to improve the property in your calculations. If it took 250k to improve and your value only increased 250k then you didnt make any equity gain.

    Anyone here tried center check? They pull data from actual credit card transactions instead of phone location stuff, imo way more accurate for seeing what people actually buy vs. who just walks by
