So ppl say use the 4hr time frames for swing trading as an example. My chart has a today 4hr option, 1day 4h , 2day 4h , 3day 4h and it keeps going on up to 180day 4h and max. What does everyone mean by 4h time frame
I've been with Schwab for 40 years. I returned to trading this month so thinkorswim was new to me. The changes that have been made since the original Street Smart Pro trading platform are nothing short of amazing. The one big hurdle of course is learning everything it has to offer. It's no quick learning curve. I have struggled with several different training videos including the ones from Schwab themselves. I have to say that this video hands down is heads and tails above anything I have seen so far. If you do a split screen and go through this course with your thinkorswim Platform open you can go through everything as he describes it cutting your learning time significantly. The beauty of it is he goes through everything quickly but you can stop it as you go taking time to go through all the steps as needed. This tutorial will be my go to video Going forward as I have taken notes on one I hit difficult sections I may read to go over again. Some of my trades are pretty complex and my biggest struggle have been with the templates in ordering. He could easily charge for this video it has saved me so much time and energy. I give this five stars and recommend it to anyone from the day they download think or swim.
