I have a new mobile startup, it’s called ‘the Penny Collectors’, rebuying all pennies .. I’m also hoping for a true coin census, where government recollects a certain year of coin, registers it, knows its population, and revalues it in bonds or stocks… please ensure it is a later year so the system won’t be biased.. after which government can collect how much ever billion it is, melt some and reprofit with the rest.. and yes it is a world movement census, where the man in the deepest jungles will hear, get a phone, snap the pic of his lucky penny, and the government reaches where he is to register and collect the penny, any unregistered coin after the census must be a charge and can be melted by the government
