How can one even learn to trade this? There must be a way. It looks like one can't really predict it. It really looks like guesswork unless you are a 9-to-5 professional who works for a bank.
I stepped into trading thinking I could learn as I go. and While I loved the challenge, the reality hit Hard. YouTube wasn't enough, and the Constant Ups And downs left ><me guessing. I lost More than I won, but it taught me What I was Missing.
Every Stock in the market produces volatility data as a percentage
Now if we know the avg % moves low to high for past say 4-6 weeks
then we have the best weapon to use
we just then use indicators to confirm the trend
then use the % volatility area as a price retracement and profit area zone
quick example
we know a stock closed at 10usd volatility is 25%
the last weeks closing candle was a bullish reverse hammer or solid bull candle creating a higher low and higher high
macd confirms the trend
rsi confirms price has movement as not over 60% yet
sma 20 and 50 below price or price crossing
we now just use retracement area of the volatile % to gain a sort of discounted weighted price for our position
so if you had 1000usd and bought into retracement of say 15% you now have a weighted position price of 8.50
which means your stop loss of say 5% due to a small capital account is out of the obvious stop zones. where institutions will likely place their orders. and also t your stop can be 1.5 X the ATR adding more cushion for safety of getting taken out if the move
STOPPING YOU OUT OF THE MOVE
It sounds complicated but when the penny drops you will not trade any other way

From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
