Acorns is incorrectly reporting my withdrawals as investing losses! How will we be able to keep track of how good or bad our investments perform if they are counting a withdrawal as a loss!? This needs to be fixed.

Makes me feel glad that I got out of Acorns years ago. Acorns gives me bad vibes.
@investingwithjacob
It does that to me too
@Mandocammarano505
Can you do another video on Acorns ? Seems like there’s a lot of negatives with it and I want to know that I’m using a good beginner tool before a lot of money goes into it.
@a11agash1
Withdrawals are taxable events, but they're making you look better by showing it as a loss?
@macD20202
I’ve been investing In acorns since September 2020. I have a total of $9400 😅 so nothing crazy but I’m going to just keep going with it for atleast 5 more years

So i changed my portfolio to the most aggressive. Causing me to sell my stocks which want much. Like i only got a 150 bucks in it. Will this tax me every year bc i done this?
@Oneflightawaypov
Does the same thing on deposits
@Halste1
I mean it’s good for taxes 😏 report as capital loss to help cover your taxes haha
@CreativeMechanic
Tell them thanks and write off the loss on your taxes lol
@damon7845
I agree. It would be nice if it didnt do that trend.
@NicE-jq3wv
My Vanguard brokerage account does this, also. Super frustrating
@WorldTourinternational
Write it offf as a lose 🤷🏽♂️
@DanielGennaro
First time ever hearing about a 3% on checking. Considering moving $ from chase to this. But wanna know I can make transfers and or setup auto pays like I have with my other checking account. Not sure what it’s called. But I have it setup to auto draft my credit card balance each month
@seancantwell12
I actually like this. When I withdraw money, my account does go down in value and if I see this, it has a psychological response to make me want to take out less money less often allowing for more money to grow
@IbrahimRashid-z6e
Annoying thing about the app, but you know what’s going on yourself. Hands off investing which is truly amazing. You and I both know but yours better than mine.
