I do not think so, it gets destroyed faster, too. My cheap kitchen counter look miserable, as my apartment owner uses cheap materials.

I love vinyl wrap vinyl wrap is amazing. Vinyl wrap is not a good surface for a countertop. 😂 like maybe a cabinet because you’re not touching it as much but like still not a great idea. 😂

Bit of heat and you get a hole. Great for photos; not so much for living there.

Contractor here. These are not worth. Yes, it looks nice in the beginning… But give it a few months and a few scratches and you basically have to redo it again and again and again…. i: better to invest in new cabinets.

This product is made in China. Have you ever thought that these materials are flammable without quality?

You should look into statistics regarding South and East Asians. Might not be about race or color of your skin.

My family has been doing this for years but it really doesn't look good, it always looks cheap, peels off with time and so on 😅😂

I rather get new cabinets, they make the outside of the cabinets look good but not the inside, and they peel off and break over time

Vinyl wraps around heat source like the stove is a bad idea. it will warp overtime.

  • @seanmcdirmid

    For poor people right?

  • @Dolsie-tv6mh
    January 2, 2026 at 3:46 am

Not worth it. All it takes a person with a knife cutting meat or using an aluminum meat tenderizer and cuts will start to appear. Buying a granite or marble countertop once and you don’t have to fix or but another one in 10 or 20 years.

Anybody want to buy some swampland😂 wallpaper

  • @E_Stew
    January 2, 2026 at 11:45 am

How long before it starts warping with the heat from the kitchen?

  • @homermcclain4599
    January 2, 2026 at 5:32 pm

The very first problem I see is that you are cutting this material way too close to your burner elements we will have a problem

  • @truthinc.5555
    January 2, 2026 at 6:05 pm

…listen, doing vinyl wraps is great and all but if he's actually printing money that's illegal.

Ya mac tac. take some of that at walmart and out it on the counter than use any of your cleaners and see what happens. Put on a hot pot. or leave it in the sun light.

  • @zanroda7358
    January 10, 2026 at 9:33 pm

This is so smart because he gets to come back every week to replace the part where a hot pot was placed.

  • @marsg3634
    January 13, 2026 at 7:35 am

It must be that the people with these vinyl covered cabinets have to be very careful what they sit on the cabinets and how they clean them. Doesn't sound practical to me.

  • @averteddisasterbarely2339
    January 15, 2026 at 6:59 pm

This is a good idea but just keep in mind you should never use it for anything kitchen related , it's just putting lipstick on a pig

  • @JustAThought_0
    January 21, 2026 at 8:11 pm

Its obviously cheap and not durable but it’s literally 1% the price of new cabinets. That’s why it’s a popular business and has been for a long long time lol.
