For me real estate is the hardest one. I own a primary residence, invest in the stock market, but I really have no desire to be a landlord. Yes, I think it’s a great way to grow wealth and diversify out of stocks, but let’s not fool ourselves and call it a passive investment (which he does not say in this video just to be clear). It takes a lot of time and headaches. There’s always REITs, but I’ve always felt REITs behave more like equities than actual real estate.
