My target retirement fund in my 401(k) had poor returns compared to the S&P 500. I switched everything to the S&P 500, but I regret not doing it earlier. What are the best options for investing $200k for reliable cash flow?

Hi Rahul, I think we should also factor in the US estate tax when deciding on US-based assets. Many investors aren't aware that for non-US residents, US-situs assets exceeding $60,000 can be taxed at up to 40% upon death. Could you please highlight this risk? As an alternative, we should consider investing via Irish-domiciled ETFs (UCITS), which are generally more tax-efficient and avoid this estate tax exposure.

Hello Sir all of your videos are very informative and interesting. I keep on watching those on a regular basis. Just wanted to check you – are you not tracking REITs in your investments. Why I am saying nowadays many popular fund managers are allocation some portions of RIETs in regular mutual funds even in PMS, AIF etc. What is your opinion on this?
