CFA level 2 complete karne ke baad Investment Banking mai backend job milta sakta hai jisme you have to work 60-100 hours per week and start from the starting position. MBA Finance karne ke baad frontend job mil sakta hai (but in India it's tough) starting as an analyst or associate but if you're smart, you might even start as a VP or a general manager in the least. You still have to work for 60-80 hours per week but you directly get a frontend job and you can rise upto becoming a Vice President but that totally depends on the type of college you've graduated from. I will advice people to go to tier 1 colleges to get a frontend job and get into companies like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, etc.. or else you'll end up getting a backend job even if you do MBA Finance from a second or third tier college.

Let me give you a perspective about how tough it is to get into Core Investment Banking.
There are 50000 plus employees in JP Morgan Chase in India and out of them there are less then 40 People in core investment banking
