Tradingview is not customer-friendly. – Paid for subscription renewal with BTC, no response from TV. – Filled out a search request. Received an automated email response saying ‘they would look into it’ – never heard anything back – money is probably gone – And there is no direct support to contact. There are more trustworthy solutions than Tradingview. – Never again TV!!

I'm using Paper Trading on Trading View. I wanted to get used to it before I started the trial or paying for it.
The problem is, they restrict a lot of the features so you can never learn to use the platform fully.
I don't get why they are restricting the features.
Such as a split screen so you can see multiple time frames of the same thing you want to trade.
What exactly am I going to gain if I am allowed to use such a feature?
It's putting me off wanting to continue.
