I've tried every strategy imaginable, read books, bought courses, and even sat through webinars, but I still get smoked by this market. I'm not even >>aiming for quick riches; I just want to stop losing. Is there someone out there who actually teaches in real time, rather than just talking about what they would have done?

The truth is one is not better than the other. It's like saying Ford is better than Chevrolet. It is what suites the individual best. Both have advantages and disadvantages.

Being in the discord and starting trading is literally changing my life. I started with a small $3,000 account but I have got up to $19,500 in one week! Not a lot of money but that's a big growth for me

What exactly is the technique difference between day trading and swing trading? Is a swing trade just a longer holding time?

    Don't waste a life doing analysis …..
Stock trade the open using 20 MA and 50 MA, done 20 – 30 minutes, can flip direction if stock does a head fake (possibly lose 20 % – 30% of that trade). Only 1 trade a day

So here I am on the last day of September. Another very frustrating month. At one point I was up $5000 and gave that back. Then I was up $9000 and gave that back and broke even for the month day trading for once and for all I'm done with daytrading I just can't do it anymore thank you Tori for this video

Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn't SOUND like a lot, but I'm incredibly proud of it. Now I'm fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don't owe a dime to anyone. It's a good feeling!

Incorrect woman, day traders set starts and stops and don't watch every tick. If you are you're likely over leveraged, over trading. Day traders will always make more money. Why would you let $100k profit go all the way back to $50k. Bank it, bank it, bank it. You are not being particularly truthful, it does not suit everyone.

Day trading is a pain in the ass. I lost 2 accounts trying to do it. I started swing trading with my 3rd account and my results have exploded higher.

I made back what I lost on the first 2 accounts and have now 10x my 3rd account. This isn't financial advice, results will vary blah blah blah.

Started march 28th with £7,000 and april i loaded 20k in new tax year……… made 50k in a month!!! trading nvts & srfm at $2 and riding the highs, sell rebought and then swinging it very regular!!! currently down 15k on a stock due to my own lack of knowledge at the time but its paperloss atm and its climbing week after week so getting alot better but i know the company well and have conviction!! lesson learnt and many lessons since!!
taken a break from swinging but have some mid term postions set for swings and now letting it do its thing!

hopefully when i get my paperloss back and start swinging this rest of the tax year hoping to be around 80-90k up!!

watch Toris vids when i started and massively helped!! thankyou!! 💙

the great thing about day trading is it speeds up the learning curve. I have done hundreds of trades over just a few months, so gotten in the reps that it would, has and/or would have taken several years with longer time frames. I have really learned position sizing and managing emotions and risk on the lower timeframes- learning to jump back in, reverse, win, lose, deal with euphoria and fomo and greed etc.. Paper trading can serve the same purpose but there is nothing like a little skin in the game and dealing with actual trading platforms and money. But even so, still trying to translate all that into a profitable, sustainable lifestyle. After your 3 day webinar I am now trying the set-fit style on the 1 hour and hoping to gradually move to higher TF. I am still not comfortable keeping my futures positions open when the CME is closed.

I started with 7k in Jan 2023. Now I am at 57k. My goal is to move 40-50% a year, then I will be satisfied. But currently I am way more than that ratio. In Jan 2024, I was at 19k, in Jan 2025 I was at 39k and target for Jan 2026 is 68k.
I was looking for a term about what I am doing and kept thinking that I am doing day trading but today I realized that it’s called swing trading 😢. I do my full time job and never put any stop loss because I am ok to wait it out. But yeah I pick companies by reading a lot about them and their industry too.

When you swing trade, you don't pay much attention to price movements in between. Swing trading is better because of the math. You need a trend to make money. On lower timeframes, there's too much unpredictability and too little trend. If you do decide to day trade, set higher standards when placing a trade. For example, only trade momentum during periods of high volatility and momentum. Use top-down analysis. So, you first move to a higher timeframe to see if the market is suitable for applying your strategy to a lower timeframe.

Becoming a good trader takes time and patience. When i first got into trading i was liquidated twice, and lost my entire mortgage deposit. I could have given up, but decided to learn how to trade and put it into practice. 2 years later and I'm up with 842k.
