Once you have attend a healthy Corpus and you are at the verge of retirement account money from equity and put it into safe assets like fixed deposit it will not give you 12% return but around 7 which is good enough for retirement in old age you don't want to risk you want safe steady ncome.. you take risk when you are earning and doing a job you don't take risk when you can't work at retirement..

2. TAX

One can invest 3Cr in markets when they have another 3-4Cr stashed away somewhere. If you have only 3Cr and put everything in market, every 1 hr you end up checking market – red or green 🤣
@amuj10k258
Historical return of Indian market is 16-18% per year on a 10 year scale.
@deepeshsao1008
Nifty 50 has given 12-14 excluding 1% dividend yield, so it's possible. The real question is, will you risk it, and more than that, you don't know the lifestyle inflation in the future. Its a good template to strat with, the realization that this is possible can give you confidence to go ahead with your palns and work harder.

Questions
3 cr growing at 12 % but with 4 % withdrawal yearly and the withdrawal increases by 5 % every year on the 8 % withdrawal what will be 3 cr in 20 years
Chat gpt answer
After 20 years, starting with ₹3 crore growing at 12% annually, with an initial 4% withdrawal (₹12 lakh) that increases each year by 5% on the base 8% of the original amount, the remaining amount would be approximately ₹59.96 lakh.
Is this correct

You are CA don't mislead ppl just for views, which asset gives 12% stable returns YOY?

3crore kisi property me daaalega to 1 lac se jada kiraya mil jaega …jo 5-10% increase bhi hoga
@sp-ye7ht
Swp calculations is flawed because we are assuming every year we are getting 12% & the corpus is growing.. Whereas in real life it is not so.. jab ham bear phases/consolidation me swp se paise nikalenge..usse compounding ke liye corpus size kam hi jayega..pls explain this..
@adityadas3349

@varset3737
What is saying is correct this is back by data and the Trinity research with the tremendous statistical data analysis
It simple even if you can manage 80000 month with 3 crore Corpus having that extra Rs 20000 a month for emergency is an extra expenditure you are good to go considering (growth rate minus inflation) at around 3.5 to 4% in India
Unless there is a Black swan event this seems to be good enough similarly if you have to cross then you can still manage but with an expense of around 55 k a month
@varset3737
Never invest the entire 3 crores in equity invest around one and half to 2 crores in equity if you are closed to 40 and the remaining 1 crore in that funds which will give you return that around 6 to 7% that's about 60 -70k monthly
@Fufajimp28
