I don't know about the qualifications of people commenting over here or if they have ever faced an interview, even an interview of private firm, then they must know that the woman was actually not looking very presentable she was looking tired and not so fresh maybe because of the way she's tied her hair or because of the blouse she has chosen but it was not giving the formal vibes. In an interview the first impression is very important and first impression comes from your dress so criticize as much you want now but whenever you need to sit in an interview "Any interview" you must look presentable with proper clothes and tidy hair.
